Brand new window replacement and facade upgrade project currently in progress by SBM in Waverton, North Sydney.
The SBM team is working diligently as we remove and replace up to 600 windows and make good all associated internal repairs, remove and replace all balustrade top rails, a complete facade upgrade including a full building repaint, as well as replacement of the rooftop waterproofing membrane system.

A large task in the right hands - stay tuned as we work expertly to create the best result.

In Progress! SBM is currently undertaking a large-scale remedial facade upgrade project in Waverton, North Sydney. Our team is hard at work replacing up to 600 windows including all associated internal repairs, removing and replacing all balustrade top rails, a complete facade upgrade and repaint as well as replacing the rooftop waterproofing membrane with a new 3-layer torch on membrane.

SBM successfully completed this job in Darlinghurst which was experiencing significant water ingress into the building. SBM was engaged to remove the existing rooftop waterproofing membrane (800m2) and replace it with a new two-layer torch on waterproofing membrane. SBM also completed a hydraulic upgrade, rooftop structure replacement and stair access upgrade.

SBM recently completed a 600m2 structural roof replacement in Meadowbank.
The works involved the removal and installation of all new roof elements including guttering, downpipes, flashings, facias, eaves, insulation, sarking, battens, concrete roof tiling and structural framing repairs.

The Octagon, located in Parramatta had significant damage caused by water ingress which was spread throughout the building. The SBM team was engaged to repair the defective gaskets and window sealant to the two rooftop atriums.

SBM worked closely with Tremco to supply and install 1100m of their Spectrem Restoration Overlay & Simple Seal products.
The job was successfully completed within adequate time and at budget.
