Back from the dead in one day. 💪⚡

This Enerpac pump had been out in the field working hard for 8 years since we last serviced it — and after all that time, the old remote finally gave way.

With the customer having two weeks of work lined up for the machine this pump runs, downtime was not an option. Our team jumped straight on it, diagnosed the issue, fitted it out, tested it, and had the pump back up and running within the day.

With our hands-on experience across both Juuko remote controls and Enerpac hydraulic equipment, we were able to keep the customer moving and avoid a costly shutdown.

Last week we had the opportunity to take the Mr Lift It team out to site for a development day, in consultation with a valued customer.

A lot of our guys spend their days servicing, inspecting and maintaining lifting equipment, but they do not always get to see exactly where that equipment ends up or how it is used day in and day out on site.

This was a great reality check and perspective switch for the team.

Seeing the environment, the access challenges, the pressures on site, and the way the gear is relied on in real working conditions gives everyone a better understanding of why our standards matter.

It is one thing to service equipment in the workshop. It is another to stand where it is used and see the bigger picture.

A big thank you to our customer for making this possible and for helping us continue to build a better, more informed team.
