Introducing our new ARTEC Universal Down Pipe Kits.

Available in 3”, 3.5” and 4” options, these kits have been designed to make fabricating a quality down pipe far easier, quicker and less hassle for the end customer, fabricator or workshop. We have supplied everything required except the pipe and welding consumables.

Each kit comes with an ARTEC Turbo Exhaust Outlet Fl**ge, a High Quality Flex Joint, Saddled O2 Sensor Mounts, and our Cast Bracing Mounts and Forks, all the same components we use on our own down pipes currently being released, and the same style of components already seen in our recently released SR20 turbo kit.

These kits came about through feedback from workshops and customers who were frustrated by the delays, inconvenience and added cost involved in sourcing all the individual components needed to build a proper down pipe suitable for either a street car or race car application!

ARTEC RB26DETT Twin Mega Dump Pipes

Engineered to deliver maximum exhaust flow from the factory RB26 twin-turbo configuration, these dump pipes are designed specifically for stock-frame RB26 turbochargers while maintaining direct bolt-on compatibility.

Featuring a large 80 mm ID outlet fl**ge, these are the highest-flowing dump pipes available for stock-frame RB26 turbo setups and pair perfectly with the ARTEC Twin 3.5” RB26 Front Pipe.

Designed with additional clearance around the turbo outlet studs to significantly improve installation compared with typical RB26 dump pipe designs. The added space allows the use of both 12 mm and 13 mm hex M8 nuts, and also accommodates thicker ring spanners often found in lower-cost tool sets, making it much easier to properly torque the hardware during installation.

Provision is included to retain the OEM turbocharger support braces, allowing the factory bracing system to remain in place for additional turbocharger support.

The rear dump pipe includes an additional O2 sensor port, which can also be utilised for exhaust back pressure monitoring or adapted for EGT sensor installation, particularly useful for R34 applications.

Constructed from high-quality cast stainless steel for excellent durability and heat resistance in high-performance environments.

SR20 V-Band High Flow Manifold

Introducing the latest addition to our High Flow Manifold Series, the ARTEC SR20 V-Band High Mount High Flow manifold

The High Flow version features significantly larger runners compared to our standard High Response design

Developed specifically for:
🟠 Regions without access to ethanol-blended fuels (such as Japan), where optimised flow efficiency is critical.
🟠 High-power ethanol applications targeting in excess of 600hp.

Ideally for those targeting higher horsepower levels while retaining a compact configuration. It is designed to suit turbochargers ranging from the Garrett G25 through to the Garrett G40 (when used with our ARTEC Compact G40C housing), as well as platforms such as the PTE 6266 through to the PTE 6870C and Turbosmart 6266 through to the Turbosmart 6870C.

The turbine fl**ge features a full 55mm internal diameter, matching current offerings from:

With each manifold being supplied with the appropriate mounting ring to suit the respective manufacturer’s turbine housing.

Extensive, real world testing has been carried out in both Australia and Japan, and has delivered great results.

Yashio Factory in Japan has achieved 635HP, their highest recorded horsepower result from an SR20 platform, using this manifold combined with a Garrett G Series turbocharger supplied by SAMMIT and our ARTEC 0.75 A/R Rear Housing!

We have also worked closely with Birrong Automotive, who have already produced 480kW on one build, and 530kW on another with nitrous through a TH400 transmission, while retaining stable boost control using a Turbosmart 45mm Wastegate

Birrong have also been testing our complete SR20 turbo kit utilising a Garrett G40-1150 paired with our 0.80 A/R Compact rear housing. On a basic engine combination, the vehicle has already produced 430kW. The next stage will involve one of Birrong Automotive’s comprehensive engine builds, with a target exceeding 1000whp. We will provide a detailed update once those results are finalised.

Mitsubishi 4B11T 3.5" Downpipe / Mid Pipe Combo

Introducing another key component to support turbocharger upgrades on the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X (Evo 10) and Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart.

Designed to suit our Low Mount V-band manifold, the downpipe is compatible with Garrett or ARTEC turbochargers or othersusing the matching V-band fl**ge-to-fl**ge positions and specifications.

Over eight months of real-world field testing has been done to ensure proper fitment, durability and thermal management. Particular attention has been given to clearance within the engine bay, reducing radiant heat impact on surrounding components. We flare from the 3” outlet straight to 4” do a tight turn into a 3.5” Flex then we continue in 3.5” to a 3.5” V-band assemble. The 2nd pipe continues to the 2 bolt fl**ge that the “Cat-back” exhaust begins from.

This kit removes OEM emissions equipment and is intended for race use only. If required by local regulations, compliant catalytic converters and emissions components must be installed to meet legal requirements.

ARTEC 2JZ-GTE Upper Water Outlet Pipe

🟠 Originally developed for our Twin Turbo kit and first displayed on our 2024 PRI build. It creates approximately 40 mm (1.6”) of additional compressor cover clearance, making room for larger turbochargers while improving overall engine bay packaging.

🟠 The M12×1.5 coolant temperature sensor port remains in the OEM location, while the 1/8 BSPT sensor port has been relocated beneath the water neck.

🟠 A -6 ORB port is also integrated to provide a convenient turbocharger coolant supply. The revised layout tucks the water line closer to the engine and retains both OEM coolant temperature sensors for full factory functionality.

🟠 No cutting, welding, or modifying of the factory water neck is required, just a straightforward, factory-friendly fit for a much cleaner installation.

🟠 Minor trimming of the upper radiator hose is currently required for fitment, however a purpose-designed silicone replacement hose will be released later in the year.

First units expected to be available in early March!

RB26 Development is BACK!

It’s taken some time with our expanding product range, but after plenty of persuasion from many of you, and from the likes of Herman at Platinum Racing Products, we got back to work in early 2025 to revisit the mighty RB26.

We’ve got a full suite of products either released or currently in development for this colossus of a platform. With development based in Sydney, Australia, and access to a strong network of some of the best GT-R and RB builders in the world, we’re fortunate to work closely with those at the top of the industry.

That direct feedback ensures we’re building what serious workshops actually need to meet their customers’ requirements.
A special thanks goes to Alex and the team at Birrong Automotive for being directly involved in the testing of many of the upcoming RB products.

We’ll soon begin releasing detailed testing videos on our YouTube channel, showcasing the development behind this new range so make sure you’re subscribed if you haven’t already.

ARTEC Dry Carbon Air Intake for Toyota G16 GR Corolla / GR Yaris / Lexus LBX RR

Designed and developed in-house, our G16 Dry Carbon Air Intake is the highest flowing post-MAF intake system available for stock frame applications on the Toyota GR Corolla, Toyota GR Yaris, and Lexus LBX RR.

This system has been engineered to remove the key factory restriction in the intake tract, the OEM elbow and rear engine intake pipe, which we identified through in-house testing on our 1200 CFM digital flow bench as the largest bottleneck in the system.

The intake has been designed to integrate seamlessly with:
🟠 OEM stock turbocharger
🟠 ARTEC Sport 400 bolt-on turbo
🟠 Upcoming Sport 450 and Sport 500 bolt-on turbos
🟠 Upcoming ARTEC “Race” line bolt-on turbos

In recent development, we have worked closely with Piras Motorsport to further push the limits of stock ECU calibration using our bolt-on turbo systems. Testing has been carried out using the GR Yaris airbox, allowing retention of the OEM Toyota air filter or aftermarket replacement panel elements.
This ensures maximum performance while maintaining OEM-style integration where required.

These intake pipes are manufactured using billet moulds and a proprietary curing process. The result is a true dry carbon construction, delivering:
🟠 Superior structural integrity
🟠 Consistent internal surface finish
🟠 Lightweight, high-temperature stability

The intake transitions to 90mm OD, supplied with a silicone coupler that allows:
🟠 Direct connection to the factory 80mm MAF housing, or
🟠 Trimming to run a full 90mm intake when paired with aftermarket ECU or suitable tuning

This provides flexibility for both stock ECU and higher-level build configurations.

ARTEC 1JZ-GTE VVTi Downpipe

Designed to be the highest flowing stock-frame downpipe available for the 1JZ VVTi platform.

The 1JZ VVTI is a great sounding engine, but is held back with its factory exhaust system, restricting both power and the aural pleasure the short stroke 1JZ produces. The OEM downpipe is known to create significant post-turbine back pressure and our new downpipes were designed to open this up properly, reducing restriction and allowing the engine to deliver improved response, power and a more authentic JZ exhaust tone (note: we always recommend a full 3.5” exhaust system on any performance-focused JZ build).

The 80mm 2-Bolt Version provides a 200% increase in flow over the factory catted downpipe, with the 3.5” V-Band Version delivering a 300% increase in flow!

This downpipe is engineered to complement our upcoming 1JZ bolt-on turbocharger range (production units have been undergoing field testing for over 14 months), as well as our existing bolt-on turbo manifold.

Dyno tested and proven, the biggest, highest-flowing direct bolt-on RB26 front pipe available for stock-frame turbo setups. Features our 89 mm ID 2-bolt cast-to-3.5” fl**ges, allowing this behemoth to bolt straight up to OEM RB26 dump pipes or aftermarket options, including our high-flow ARTEC dumps coming soon!

Fully compatible with the factory catalytic converter or aftermarket high-flow, emissions-compliant cats. Constructed from 3.5” 304 stainless steel piping and incorporating a single flex in the front dump section of the Y-pipe for flexibility. We recommend OEM block-to-dump braces to be retained.

The Highest Flowing G16 High Flow Dump / Downpipe

We first showed our G16 Dump / Downpipe a few months ago but held back some details. The reason? We knew other companies might be “inspired” by our design work before we could complete production.

During development, we found the factory sealing m**hod and tight dimensions of the OEM dump required a rethink. To maximise flow while retaining OEM-like movement and sealing, we developed our own specification gasket allowing for a larger internal flow path while remaining fully compatible with the factory front pipe, as well as other systems designed around the OEM dump.

We’ve also added a second O2 sensor mount, ideal for dyno wideband use or an aftermarket gauge.

For those wanting more flexibility, we’ve designed a 3” version using a stepped 3” V-band system. This option is intended for custom exhaust fabrication and provides even greater flow than the direct bolt-on version. The 3” dump can also support RWD configurations and includes the same OEM-style bracket mount to ensure correct support when set up properly.

THE REAL RESULTS (an apples to apples comparison)
We’ve gotten a few questions lately from customers interested in our ARTEC SPORT 400 bolt on Turbo Kit for the Toyota GR Corolla / GR Yaris / Lexus LBX Morizo RR, specifically interested in results compared to a competitors 550 turbo.

Complete dyno graphs, mod lists, and results for our kit have always been available for everyone to see and compare at www.artecperformance.com. We’ve always shared results from our own test cars, as well as results from workshops from all around the world to allow for customers to see and compare real world, independent results.

A great package put together by ERS Evolution Racing Spares recently with our Sport 400 Turbocharger saw them achieve a huge 275.9kW at the hubs for a customers GR Corolla with the factory fuel injectors tuned by Tunesmith utilising ECUtek software.

Modifications on this car include a 3 inch turbo back exhaust, air intake, valve springs and titanium retainers, and a plazmaman.com intercooler all tuned on 98ron ECUtek. All other parts, including the fuel system were factory. Here are the real results from our Sport 400 with these supporting mods on the same dyno, tuned by the same great tuner TuneSmith.

A fantastic package by Evolution Racing Spares, delivering unmatched response that pulls all the way to redline. Some competitors may claim response, but deliver a fraction of what our kit actually does.

Real world testing of our ARTEC Sport 400 Turbocharger began 3 years ago at World Time Attack Challenge, and over the last 12 months our kit has been delivering proven and reliable results for tuners and workshops across the world. We have been the world leader in G16 Bolt-on turbochargers since 2022 achieving 410whp with stock cams, Motec and E85.

With a genuine Garrett Motion G25-550 rotating assembly and our original ARTEC design compressor cover and turbine housing, our customers are getting proven performance with trusted reliability. Nothing has been copied from the factory turbo and it is a true ground-up engineered solution, unlike anything else on the market. Most of our competitors turbochargers use design features copied from reputable innovative companies as they are not able to design from scratch like we are.

FURTHER DEVELOPMENT
With further intensive development, we turned our attention to seeing what we could achieve using the stock ecu and tuning software from Ecutek. We have done this to try and deliver a lower cost solution to the GR community while still delivering big power.

In 2025 we achieved that a made a best of 415whp on using the Garrett G25-550 rotating assembly in our Sport 400 turbo. The key components to achieve this were the ARTEC Sport 400 turbo, Cool Runnings Water m**h kit, Kelford EZ cams and springs, Plazmaman / ARTEC spec intercooler, ARTEC Turbo back exhaust, K&N air intake, ARTEC intercooler pipe kit and throttle body elbow, and ARTEC Carbon Rear Intake Pipe.

We have not made anything public yet but we are on track to achieve over 400whp on pump fuel with stock cams with no water m**h on a stock ecu in early 2026!
