With the wind and rain giving us a break comes the chance to get the bird up and get some pics of our recently completed roof in Dee Why, Fatra vapour layer followed by 50mm p.i.r insulation board and Fatra 807V fully adhered pvc membrane system. Some progress shots on our project in Dee Why, 14 years with no waterproofing, we were highly recommended by the team at Fatra to the builder to supply and install a fully insulated pvc membrane system consisting of vapour layer, 50mm p.i.r tissue face insulation board and our favourite membrane, the 807v. Vapour sheets are down, Boards will be installed in the coming days followed by pvc sheets and then a solid run of detail.

A small one this week, This client had a leaking planter on the roof in Rose Bay, after many attempts to fix the leaks by others, it was decided to box it up with fc sheeting and waterproof over it with Fatras 807v fully adhered pvc sheet membrane, reglet and downturn inbetween solar panel frames was a little awkward, fabricated corners and pvc washers over threaded rods but all done and dusted.

Another recent project completed in the always serene suburb of Cammeray, after years of leaks and many attempts by others to repair, in conjunction with one of our awesome clients Immaculate Homes, we removed all ballast and insulation boards and rewaterproofed this roof area in Fatra 807v lead grey, a shame to cover it up again but back went the insulation board and gravel and job done.
We then knocked in a quick little roof area in whale beach. Lead grey is definately my favourite colour for pvc sheet membrane.
