Extremely proud of how far we have come - and even more excited about where we are going.
Over the past 15 years, Industrial Batteries Australia has grown into a trusted National provider of Industrial Battery and Charging solutions.
This growth has not happened by chance. It has been built through mistakes, rectifications, opportunity, hard work, long-term partnerships and the trust placed in us by our customers, suppliers and industry colleagues. For all of this, I will always be genuinely grateful - unashamedly for both the difficult times and the good.
As IBA continues to expand, one principle will never change: growth must never come at the expense of the people who helped us achieve it.
Our commitment to honesty, respect, reliable supply, responsive service and genuine after-sales support remains as strong today as it was when we started.
No matter how much market share we manage to obtain, it is our absolute objective that our existing clients and partners continue to receive the same high level of support, attention and accountability they deserve. This is not simply an aspiration - it is for myself, a necessary requirement for combined success, and we will not deviate from this mission.
Our ambitions are significant. We are currently seeing enormous opportunities to expand upon our National operations, strengthen our infrastructure, invest in our people and continue building partnerships that deliver long-term value across Australia. This work will continue in earnest, supported by long-term factory partnerships that are being proactively negotiated to help guarantee the level of supply, service and support that the Australian market deserves. New products and partnerships, emerging technologies and stronger National capabilities will remain at the forefront of that commitment.
However, our success will not be measured by growth alone. It will be measured by the trust we retain, the careers we create, the partnerships we strengthen and the reliability we provide to the industries and businesses that help power this wonderful country.
