Our team recently completed Design and Construction of 80no. load-bearing foundation piles in a restricted low-headroom environment. Careful planning, the right equipment, and an experienced crew allowed us to safely and efficiently deliver the works while overcoming the site's access constraints.

Some of the most technically demanding foundation works happen where there's barely enough room for the piling rig itself.
Low headroom piling is designed for sites where overhead clearance is restricted by existing buildings, suspended slabs, bridges, or active structures.

While the equipment is more compact, the engineering standards remain exactly the same.

These photos show one of our specialised low headroom rigs operating beneath an existing structure, delivering bored piles in an environment where conventional piling equipment simply couldn't operate.
