Project Feature Flashback: Bondi, Sydney
This urban oasis in the heart of Bondi, Bismarck House is an extraordinary, architect designed home that blurs the line between inside and out to create that ultimate Sydney experience. The aesthetic of the house is soft industrial with white washed reclaimed brick walls, combined with a mix of designer and vintage furniture and lighting.

For this project we installed in slab electric floor heating in three bathrooms and the laundry room.

Project Feature: Hunters Hill

For this project we installed Hydronic Floor Heating. The floor heating pipe is fastened to a sacrificial layer of 2-5mm galvanised steel mesh above the structural slab, at 200mm centres, BEFORE the top structural mesh/steel is installed, and required a minimum 50mm concrete cover over the 16mm floor heating pipe.

This project involved conceptual massing, creating a stacking effect of the floor plates to ensure compliance with the site coverage controls of the block. The design evolved into a layered proposal, creating internal voids, mezzanine, and light wells. This layered technique was a successful approach in integrating the 4 levels of the home.
