We’re proud to announce that LIGO™, a breakthrough biodelivery device powered by Inventia Life Science’s technology, has been selected for continued support through the NSW Health Medical Devices Fund with an additional AU$3.5 million in funding.

With this award Inventia Life Science is one of a select few companies to have secured 2 successive grants from this organization, supporting our path to clinical trials.

This is an incredible step forward in regenerative medicine with real-world clinical impact. Designed to transform soft tissue reconstruction, enables precise, in-situ tissue repair—bringing the power of advanced bioengineering from the lab into the operating room.

We were honored to attend the award ceremony on March 25, with the NSW Minister for Medical Research, the Hon David Harris MP and our partners from Concord Repatriation General Hospital.

RASTRUM is driving breakthroughs in Alzheimer's disease research with advanced 3D neural models 🧠

A new peer-reviewed study, led by Chloe Whitehouse, PhD, presents a 3D forebrain cortex model generated with , demonstrating its utility as a powerful tool for drug screening and mechanistic studies of neurodegenerative diseases.

Key findings highlight that the RASTRUM-generated 3D model provides a more accurate alternative to traditional 2D cultures for studying hashtag ’s disease pathology, offering deeper insights into neuronal connectivity and disease progression:

▪ Triple matrix architecture enables distinct compartments for cell organization
▪ High optical clarity of the matrix allows for easy quantification of neurite outgrowth & synaptic connectivity
