NSW Mining

NSW Mining The NSW Minerals Council is the leading industry association representing the NSW mining industry. Mining is critical to the economy of NSW.

There are thousands of people across NSW who work in mining and depend on a strong mining industry for their livelihoods. Our mining companies directly spend around $10 billion in NSW each year, underpinning the economic strength of many regional communities, and we also provide the coal used to g

enerate over 80 per cent of the electricity needs of NSW households and businesses. Learn more about how we mine responsibly today and into the future at www.responsiblemining.com.au
