There’s a lot happening before a roof starts to read as one structure.

On this project in St Ives, framing needs to resolve multiple directions at once, tying curved sections, steel, and timber together so everything lines through cleanly.

Curves, cantilevers, and a large void.

On paper, it reads simply. On site, it’s a different story.

Our project in St Ives required coordination across walls, structural steel, and roof framing, with over 80 LVL beams forming the roof structure.

Every element needed to line through and support what sits around and above it.

PCG x Elevate Carpentry and Joinery are working together to deliver the level of detail AYA Constructions wanted across this luxury renovation.

This project has architectural features right through the home, from the Mediterranean style ceiling to custom skylights, all within an existing structure. Not straightforward, but that’s where we do our best work.

Two high-end carpentry teams, problem solving on site to get a result the builder’s proud to hand over and the client will love.
