Utilising our $500,000 contribution to support recovery efforts after the devastating floods earlier this year, Rural Aid has welcomed Kylie Braes as a new counsellor based in Cloncurry, near our Evolution Mining Ernest Henry Operations.

With many left dealing with property damage, livestock losses, and ongoing emotional and financial pressure, Kylie will provide much-needed support to impacted farmers and families.

Our Evolution Mining Northparkes Operations team and Traditional Owners from the Peak Hill Local Aboriginal Land Council recently came together for a very special event - the first repatriation of cultural heritage artefacts found at site.

This historical and emotional event included a smoking ceremony, cultural dancing and smoking the artefacts before they were placed in the chosen location.

The 2026 The Chamber of Minerals and Energy of Western Australia - CMEWA Surface Emergency Competition in Kalgoorlie showcased our Evolution Mining Mungari Operations’ strong emergency response capability, resilience and professionalism as the team competed against 13 other teams across the two-day event.

The team achieved an excellent result, winning the Confined Space event, recognising their technical rescue capability and strong performance under pressure.

After 10 days of intensive training, the team demonstrated exceptional teamwork, situational awareness and calm ex*****on in a range of high-pressure emergency scenarios.

A huge thank you to the trainers, volunteers and support teams whose dedication helped prepare such a confident and capable crew.

We’re proud of our team’s ongoing commitment to safety, operational readiness and supporting one another when it matters most. 👏
