Another large-scale waterproofing and insulation project completed — approx. 800m² delivered across 3 stages.

Scope included main rooftop area, 3 small rooftops, and 7 balconies, all installed with a high-quality 3-layer waterproofing system and insulation. This one came with a lot of detail, multiple water valleys, and tight scheduling requirements.

Long hours on-site to keep everything moving and ensure every detail was done properly. Precision and consistency were key across all stages.

This project used CodeMark-certified DuO membranes by Australia, designed for long-term waterproofing, vapour control, and durability.

System includes:
• Debotack 2-5 T-F C175 AERO – vapour distribution layer for pressure equalisation and moisture management
• Polibit S/P – reinforced APP bitumen base layer for strength and stability
• DuO HT 4 SLATE-F C180 FC – UV-resistant cap sheet with high fire and weather performance

This application is designed to protect the basement structure below, including the underground garage, ensuring long-term durability and performance.
The system also acts as a root-resistant barrier in preparation for a green roof installation, which will include soil, plants, and trees.
