Another rooftop completed by Top Torch Waterproofing. ✔️

This small rooftop was experiencing significant water ingress and ongoing leaks. The area was thoroughly prepared, mechanically cleaned, and primed before the installation of a premium two-layer torch-on membrane system.

The waterproofing was completed with pressure-seal terminations and fully sealed.

Using only premium-quality materials and workmanship, this rooftop is now protected by a 25-year warranty.

Another rooftop completed by Top Torch Waterproofing. ✔️

This small rooftop was experiencing significant water ingress and ongoing leaks. The area was thoroughly prepared, mechanically cleaned, and primed before the installation of a premium two-layer torch-on membrane system.

Top Torch Waterproofing was engaged by St Columba Uniting Church with the waterproofing remediation of three rooftop areas were experiencing significant water ingress.
All existing materials were stripped back and grinded to provide a suitable surface for the new waterproofing system. One rooftop required correction of the falls, and an engineered screed system was installed to ensure proper drainage.
Following preparation, all areas were primed and waterproofed using a premium two-layer torch-on membrane system, providing a durable and long-lasting solution backed by a 20-year warranty.

Another large-scale waterproofing and insulation project completed — approx. 800m² delivered across 3 stages.

Scope included main rooftop area, 3 small rooftops, and 7 balconies, all installed with a high-quality 3-layer waterproofing system and insulation. This one came with a lot of detail, multiple water valleys, and tight scheduling requirements.

Long hours on-site to keep everything moving and ensure every detail was done properly. Precision and consistency were key across all stages.
