Commencing new project

Zerucon has been engaged for a residential project, we have commenced the project from the concept design phase. Zerucon is producing documents to be submitted for DA for a custom home on a sloping block to the Hills Shire Council, with construction to commence in early 2021.

We work with our designers and architects to ensure the designed product fits in with the client aesthetically and their lifestyle. We also ensure that it is build-able, functional and meets the budget requirements.

Zerucon has been pro-actively taking measures to mitigate the risk of Covid-19 spreading during our business operations, including the following measures:

• Increased cleaning and sanitisation of common areas desks, phones, door handles and handrails.

• Our team members will be washing their hands before and after every job.

• Asking any team members and subcontractors displaying flu like symptoms to refrain from coming to work.

• Cease all flights and long distance travel.

• Cease all face to face meetings with clients, subcontractors and consultants at our head office in Norwest.

• Maintain social distancing of 1.5m separation between personnel.

• Closing the head office to all clients and visitors.

Zerucon will continue to comply with advice from the government and appropriate health professionals.
