From the outside a precast building looks like a set of panels. Inside each one there is a lot going on. Reinforcement sized to carry the load. Lifting anchors placed for a safe crane lift. Cast in plates and connections that tie every panel to the structure. Openings set out to the millimetre for doors, windows and services. We resolve all of it in the model before a single panel is cast. Swipe through to see what is really inside a precast building.

A complete fabrication drawing set is more than a picture of the steel. It is everything the workshop needs to build without guessing. General arrangement drawings that show how it all fits together. Single part and assembly drawings for every member. Bolt and material lists so nothing is missing on delivery day. Weld details, hole sizes and dimensions resolved to the millimetre. When the set is complete, fabrication runs cleanly and the steel fits the first time. This is what a build ready drawing set looks like.

Behind this curved steel structure is a lot of coordination.
Every member modelled in 3D. Portal frames sized and connected. Connections resolved. Fabrication drawings prepared so the workshop knows exactly what needs to be built.
When everything is coordinated within one model, potential issues can be resolved before the steel reaches site, helping fabrication run smoothly and installation stay on program.
One model. Every member. Build ready.
