Plumber required for commercial/industrial construction works. Based in Sydney, you will be required to carry out all aspects of commercial plumbing such as external drainage, basement work, rough ins / stack work and high end fit off, in line with contracted requirements to our clients.
About The Role
• Have current appropriate qualifications and training to issue or receive required work permits e.g. but not limited to Confined Spaces, Working at Heights, EWP.
• Review and comment on any Plumbing instructions and standard operating procedures
• Participate and take an active role in ensuring plumbing code is adhered to.
• Ensure effective Key Performance Indicators are managed effectively including working to program, safety, compliance, and financial performance.
• Participate in the management of occupational health and safety
• Promote working in a team environment with work colleagues
About You
To be successful in this role, it is expected that you possess relevant plumbing trade qualification, coupled with relevant working experience. You must be available to start within the next few weeks.
You Will Have
• 3+ years Plumbing experience on jobs over $5m
• Experience on government, education, commercial, retail, healthcare and multi-level residential projects
• A valid manual Driver’s Licence
• Relevant references to prove experience
• Solid understanding of OH&S, Risk Management, Environmental Management or Quality Assurance systems.
• A set of hand tools and cordless tools
• Experience with excavators preferred
• Time management
• Fantastic work ethic
• Valid licences & tickets

• Good communications skills
• Troubleshoot, identify issues and provide solution
