Our client is privately owned and has been established in Western Australia. They are a leading commercial contractor that specialises in delivering high end residential unit apartments projects in the metro area

Due to continued growth and success, our client currently have a positions for an experienced Site Manager to join our Perth operations.

THE ROLE

Management of the construction process;
Implementation and management of workplace health and safety while promoting a strong safety culture;
Quality control and management;
Working with complex and strict time-frames;
Management of employees;
Management and coordination of subcontractors, trades and materials; and
Stakeholder engagement with clients, architects and project managers – while maintaining exceptional customer service.
ABOUT YOU

Extensive on-site construction experience;
Residential unit build experience
Demonstrated ability of working with complex and strict time-frames;
Strong construction knowledge;
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Assisting with processing invoicing & Raising orders
Liaising with Suppliers & supervisors to assist CA’s
Support for Estimating Manager
Proven experience in scheduler positions within the residential and commercial building market.
Skills and experience:

Be able read and interpret architectural and engineering working drawings, soil reports and specifications.
Experience in a Scheduling and estimating role or equivalent tertiary qualifications would be beneficial
Strong attention to detail.
High level of communication skills both oral and written.
Passionate about building and construction industry.
A positive and self-motivated attitude.
Proficient with Microsoft office and a keen understanding of construction software.

Our Partner is looking for CA who can;

Issue drawings, scope of works and specifications for contract works
Prepare comparison sheets of multiple quotes and trade letting recommendation
Prepare budge forecast and cash flows reports
Assist Project Manager with matters relating to project costs reports etc.
Liaise with architects, engineers and other relevant stakeholders
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have;

Relevant tertiary education/qualification
Strong track record in a similar role working within residential or commercial construction projects
Experience working on residential development projects with $1M – $100M in book value
