Free power from 11am to 2pm, every day. Here’s how to make it work for you.

NSW’s Solar Sharer plans started on 1 July. You opt in, and your midday power is free (up to 24 kWh a day). Outside that window you pay a higher rate, so it only really pays off if you can use or store that power.

That’s where a battery comes in. It fills up on free midday power, then covers your evening peak. You don’t even need solar panels to do it.

$0 upfront on a battery install. With the federal battery rebate and the NSW Home Energy Saver zero-interest loan, a lot of households can get set up without a big cheque.

Every ECR install is done by our own licensed electricians, never subcontracted, and we manage your rebate paperwork.
