PROJECT | All Saints Anglican Church

Completed in 2018 this project saw interior and exterior upgrades to the existing structure as well as the addition of a new structural steel and glass awning with large shop front windows.

Interior upgrades included a new lift, commercial kitchen, amenities, mezzanine floor plus staircase with glass balustrades, new offices, and meeting rooms. Exterior upgrades included a new roof, driveway, and entry points.

It was a pleasure to work with the Anglican Diocese of Sydney and many other great partners on this job.

Ocean Road, Palm Beach.

This 2020 project saw the construction of a contemporary beachside residence including bar, outdoor and rooftop entertainment areas.

It was a unique build blending off form concrete, timber cladding and a glazed aluminium facade.

The residence and design has since been featured in Dream Homes Australia.

MANAGING CONTRACTOR (MC)

MC is a service MLP Co offers where we work with clients to revise project briefs and revise designs.

In these arrangements, we work to establish budgets and target completion dates. As well as advising on submission of a target construction sum.

We can also aid in completion of design documentation and the management of construction.

As many of us are well aware, building and construction work funded by government is subject to stringent thresholds and condtions.

Which is why MLP Co is proud to have been awarded tenders across a range of state level bodies from NSW Justice Infrastructure to the Department of Defense.

PROJECT SPOTLIGHT // Pymble Child Care Centre

MLP Co was very proud to be involved in the reconstruction and restoration of a heritage home into a child care centre.

This Billy Kids Learning centre in Pymble now caters for 65 children and associated staff.
