This January, our sponsor, Jane Street, is excited to host their annual INSIGHT program in Hong Kong! They are inviting students who identify as women, transgender, and gender expansive in their second year of university to spend three days in their office learning more about what they do and how they do it through a set of trading and programming classes and activities. Attendees will receive an in-depth look into the ways they use math and computer science every day and insight into the different roles that exist within their firm.

Selected students will arrive in Hong Kong on the evening of January 7th and will depart on January 12th 2025. Jane Street will cover all travel to and from Hong Kong, including meals, housing, and a variety of social events.

INSIGHT has three different program tracks students can apply for:

1. Trading
2. Software engineering
3. Strategy and product
