Leichhardt Catherine St

We were approached to handle the air conditioning services for a residential property in Leichhardt.

The challenge was to improve airflow in a below-ground cellar with limited natural ventilation. Our Cool Cats team designed a solution using a 300mm PVC pipe installed beneath the slab to draw in fresh air while expelling stale air from the space.

The project was completed successfully, leaving our clients happy and comfortable.

Major Service Contract Win | Sydney CBD

We’re excited to have secured the HVAC service contract for a major national-brand hotel located in the heart of Darling Harbour.

The contract covers full mechanical maintenance across 100 guest rooms, common areas and back-of-house facilities.

The Dry Dock

We were engaged by CWF to install the air conditioning and ventilation system at this iconic heritage listed pub in Balmain.

Due to strict noise restrictions, the windows needed to remain closed , even during hot weather — creating a strong demand for fresh air circulation.

Our team designed and installed a high-capacity air conditioning and ventilation system that delivers large volumes of fresh air, keeping the venue cool, comfortable, and compliant.

Another Win for the Team

We’re proud to announce we’ve been awarded the full mechanical service contract for a multi-storey commercial building in Sydney’s south.

The scope covers ongoing maintenance of all common areas, tenant spaces, and a fully integrated HVAC system servicing over 7,000m².

A great milestone for our service division and a testament to the consistent quality and reliability we strive to deliver.

Our team was contracted to supply and install the hidden grills through routed timber between the ceiling joints and a Daikin Australia Air Conditioning System in the restaurant.

We managed to complete this project in 2 weeks from introduction to handover.
