Crane up at Norman Northside!

The Rohrig team has reached a key milestone with the installation of the luffing tower crane. With in-ground services and ground floor formwork now complete, the next step, the ground floor slab pour, is fast approaching.

Hoskins Building Handover!

The Rohrig team is proud to announce the successful handover of the brand-new Hoskins Building at The Illawarra Grammar School. Delivered in partnership with Mostyn Copper and Betti & Knut, the project marks an exciting milestone for the school community. As Australia’s first CLT Passivhaus school building, the facility includes a lecture theatre, green roof, junior library, and multiple general and specialised learning spaces.

With students and staff now enjoying the new building, we look forward to seeing the school community thrive and grow within this innovative space.

Another step forward at Lindisfarne Anglican Grammar School

The ground floor slab for the new Year 7 Centre is now complete, with 375m³ poured to reach this key milestone. Great progress by the team as works continue to move ahead.

Project Completion – Al-Faisal College

The Rohrig team is proud to have successfully delivered two stages concurrently at Al-Faisal College – Liverpool. Delivered in collaboration with PMDL Architecture + Design, the two new buildings provide purpose‑built learning facilities for the College’s youngest students.

Both two‑storey buildings seamlessly connect with Al-Faisal College – Liverpool and include a range of general learning areas, shared common spaces, staff facilities, amenities, and a brand‑new canteen.

We look forward to seeing Al-Faisal College students thrive in these thoughtfully designed, contemporary learning environments.

Three Months of Milestones Achieved

The team at Llewellyn Motors, Springfield has been hitting milestones over the past 12 weeks, progressing from in ground works to the structures of both showrooms now well underway.

With strong momentum continuing, works are now on the path to completion. The Springfield community can look forward to experiencing the new Toyota, Subaru, GMSV and GWM showrooms later this year.

Project Win | Moreton Bay College – Arts & Technology Centre

Rohrig is proud to partner with Moreton Bay College, alongside Novum, to deliver a new two-storey Arts & Technology Centre.

The contemporary facility will bring together dedicated spaces for textiles, design and technology, visual arts, music, drama and dance, alongside staff areas and amenities. A central atrium with a feature staircase will connect the building, complemented by sprung dance floors, new carparking, and landscaped rain gardens.

We’re excited to bring this vibrant, future-focused learning environment to life for the College community.

Fiona Wing Progress at Ascham School

Works on the Fiona Wing extension continue to progress, with the building now taking its final form. The new facilities are being integrated with the existing heritage‑listed building, respecting its character while providing updated learning spaces. The project will soon transition to the internal fit‑out, with the school set to access the new facilities in the coming months.

Project Win – St Thomas More College, Sunnybank, Student Hub

The Rohrig Team is proud to once again partner with Brisbane Catholic Education and Macksey Rush Architects to deliver the new Student Hub and refurbishment of the existing Student Services building at St Thomas More College.

Delivered over two stages, the four-storey Student Hub will provide a contemporary, multipurpose facility featuring a cafeteria, support services, and flexible learning spaces. A new link bridge will connect the hub to the existing Student Services building, which will be refurbished to create additional learning environments.

We look forward to delivering this exciting project and supporting the ongoing growth of the St Thomas More College community.

Project Completion | Moreton Bay College, Oriel Handley Hall

The Rohrig team is proud to have completed a major refurbishment of Oriel Handley Hall at Moreton Bay College, designed by Novum. The upgrade has transformed the hall into a modern, flexible space suitable for assemblies, school functions and community events.

Works included a comprehensive refurbishment of the existing hall, new bathroom amenities, canteen, a covered deck extension, and a striking perforated aluminium screen façade, along with associated external upgrades.

We’re pleased to see Oriel Handley Hall reimagined and ready to support learning, celebration and community connection well into the future.
