Another faulty Actron ducted indoor fan EC module.

Over the Easter break, our customer contacted us after their system stopped blowing air. As shown in the video, the failed module wasn’t supplying enough power to the indoor fan motor, causing it to shudder and struggle on startup, preventing it from ramping up and engaging properly in heating or cooling mode.

We received the call on Saturday night and diagnosed the issue, but with suppliers closed over the long weekend, parts weren’t immediately available.

By the first day back after the Easter break, our team had everything sorted first thing in the morning for our client, just in time before this week’s heat wave.

Today we completed a full replacement of a failed 14kW Daikin ducted system in Croydon Park. The 20 year old unit had been out of service for many years, so we installed a brand new 14kW Daikin ducted system to get everything running properly again.

Great to see the client finally enjoying reliable air conditioning after such a long time without it. Another happy customer and a clean installation.

Our customer notified us that every time they tried to turn the AC system on to cool their home, it would constantly trip the main breaker from the switchboard.

After diagnosing the issue, we found the cause to be a faulty indoor fan motor on a 23kW Actron ducted system.

The indoor fan deck was replaced, and the system is now back up and running as it should.

The customer was very happy with the quick turnaround and, most importantly, being able to keep cool again.🙂
