While swapping out a failed air con unit in a child care centre it was mentioned that a ducted system unrelated wasn't working too well. If you have an agent managed property make sure you know what you are paying for, I have just been asked to attend to an air conditioning unit not heating after 2 phone calls it turns out the agent paid a company $250 just to clean the filter and then wanted me ro follow behind to fix the initial problem of the unit not heating so a second service call when a qualified technician could of cleaned the filter while there diagnosing the fault. I would be incredibly angry if I was the owner and more so if I paid some $250 to spend 10 minutes washing a filter.
