Progress update on our display home. The retaining wall posts are in place and ready for the concrete sleeper installation. A lot of preparation went into positioning the posts before the concrete pour. The sleeper installation should be very simple after the first course.

🔧 Bathroom Renovation Surprise! 🚿🌳
Not something you see every day during a bathroom renovation—tree roots under the bathtub! This is a clear sign of a serious water leak that’s been going on for quite some time. We’ll need to let this room dry out fully before moving forward.
Every renovation brings its own unique challenges, and that’s what keeps things interesting!

🏚️ 1920s Home Renovation: Full of Surprises! 🛠️
Renovating this charming 1920s home has definitely been an adventure! They sure don’t build them like they used to—and sometimes that’s a blessing. When we removed the sagging ceiling, we found that the roof was being propped up by the ceiling joists instead of the walls. Even more surprising—fencing wire was holding the sagging joist to a roof batten!
After some much-needed structural work, including the installation of strutting beams, hanging beams, and the missing purlins and struts, the ceiling frame is now perfectly straight. Time to move on to the next room!

Patio tiling to our display home has made a real difference to the external appearance. Next step is the landscaping and a few lighting fixtures that are on back order. We are extremely proud of our design and the finishes.

We’re excited to share that our new display home at Moore Creek is almost ready for its grand opening! The topsoil has been spread across the front and rear yards, preparing the way for beautiful gardens and lush turf. 🌿🌼
Inside, the curtains and blinds are now installed, giving the home a polished, finished look. There are just a few final touches to complete before we bring in the furniture, finalize the certification, and prepare for the big reveal! 🏡✨
