The Directors are involved with the company on a daily basis giving a personalised service to you the client. The Company employs permanent staff in Sales, Administration, Purchasing and Supervision. All other trades are employed on a sub-contractor basis, most of who have operated from the manufacturing plant for the past twenty years. Materials for the homes are purchased locally as much as poss

Over 2700 quality built homes have been manufactured at the Goonan street complex in Tamworth, Northern NSW, since 1980, even though only operating under the Austam Homes banner from 1994. This thriving building company sends homes to centres throughout New South Wales including the New England, North West and Hunter Valley as well as the Northern Coastal areas.

🏡🇦🇺MUSWELLBROOK RSL CLUB🏡🇦🇺Looking for a Commercial building? Austam Homes don’t only construct residential dwellings, we can also construct Commercial office buildings. “The commercial building will be a new Veterans Centre and office for the Muswellbrook RSL Sub Branch. Sub Branch volunteer’s will be working out of it to provide welfare and other assistance for Veterans of our armed forces in the Upper Hunter region. It will contain a number of offices and an open plan meeting room. The building is being paid for and donated to the Muswellbrook RSL Sub Branch by the Muswellbrook RSL Club. It is being located on the old Tennis Court on the eastern end of the Club carpark. We searched the internet and Austam Homes stood out. The professional approach from Paul in sales to Leanne in the office was very appreciated. All of our queries were answered in a friendly and timely manner.
