It is with profound sadness that we share the news of the passing of Les Page on 24 August 2026.

Les was far more than just the heart of this business—he was a foundational part of our community. He was a genuine bloke who cared deeply about everyone who walked through our doors.

Known for his absolute honesty and warmth, Les was someone people naturally confided in. No matter how busy the day was, he always had time to talk, to make sure you were alright, and to share a good story. He truly lived to help people and offer his trademark sound advice. His absence leaves a space that cannot be filled.

For those who wish to pay their respects, Les’s funeral service will be held on Monday, 7 September at 2:00 pm at the Manning Great Lakes Memorial Gardens & Crematorium (Pampoolah).

We know many of you will share in our grief. Thank you for your continued support, warmth, and understanding as our team and family navigate this incredibly difficult time.

Rest in peace, Les. You will be deeply missed.

This urgent job to replace dangerous eave sheets that had failed and fallen down after becoming water-damaged after many years was made easy with our 42m EWP.

Usually required for high, hard-to-reach places, in this case, it was the large 3m long work platform that really shone on this job. With a 300kg capacity and able to carry 3 people, it made light work for the lads at Young Building.
