Another one sorted and ready to earn its keep.
✔️ Repaired aluminium cracks in the tipper body
✔️ Repaired chassis cracks in the steel frame
✔️ Line bored bottom pivot pin hole
✔️ Fitted new bush
✔️ Replaced top pivot bush

When pivot pins flog out and cracks start spreading, it only gets worse (and more expensive). Proper line boring and bushing brings it back to spec and keeps everything running straight and true.
If your gear’s starting to show wear — don’t wait for it to become dangerous when unloading.

Very pleased on how this 36x8 Cole auger rebarrel job turned out. Here is the before and after. Added an extra 5ft on customer's request with customised 6mm intake flighting.
