Custom Stainless Steel Dosing Auger

Have a look at this custom-built stainless steel dosing auger, designed to accurately add small quantities of additive product into a larger mixture.
The variable speed drive allows the feed rate to be precisely adjusted to suit the product and application — giving operators greater control over the dosing process.

What a treat! 😊

A few weeks ago, Michael and Tom had the pleasure of welcoming some Grade 6 students from Tatura Primary School into our workshop as part of the Opportunity Plus program, run by Bart Newman.

The students got to see behind the scenes, have a look at what we do, and get a taste of what goes on in a local engineering and manufacturing business.

This week, we received a very unexpected surprise in the mail — a stack of handwritten letters and a certificate from the students.

It genuinely made our week! 😀

A huge thank you to all involved in making Opportunity Plus happen. What a fantastic opportunity for the young, bright minds of our community to experience different workplaces, meet local businesses and start thinking about the opportunities that are right here in their own backyard.

We were very happy to be a small part of it.

Today the team downed tools for a well-earned morning tea, courtesy of the boss ☕🍰, before Managing Director Michael Mason inducted Damien Bell (Damo) into our Hall of Fame with a shiny new plaque to mark the occasion.

Damo's commitment to the business spans 15 years of hard work, he completed his apprenticeship with us and has since worked his way up the ladder to his current role of workshop team leader, coaching and leading our production team to produce quality products for our customers.

From all of us at Trevaskis Engineering — thank you for everything you bring to the team. Here's to many more years (and many more morning teas)!
