ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Final Trim Grader Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Operating grader machinery to final trim standards
- Working with GPS systems (Trimble GCS900 & Trimble Earthworks) and site plans
- Achieving accurate levels, drainage, and finished surfaces
- Maintaining machinery and adhering to safety standards
- Working effectively within a team environment

REQUIREMTENTS
- Proven experience as a Final Trim Grader Operator
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Reliable Vehicle
- Experience with GPS machine control systems (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to levels
- Strong communication
- White Card (preferred)

REQUIREMENTS
- Current HC Licence

earthworks projects across NSW and VIC—on time and on budget.

From humble beginnings as a one-man operation, we’ve grown into a formidable force in the
earthworks sector, now employing 18 skilled staff and operating 25+ pieces of plant and machinery.
Our projects span civil earthworks, large poultry complexes, broadacre irrigation, fish farm
construction, quarry supply, and agricultural transport.

The Role

We’re on the hunt for an exceptional Workshop Supervisor—a true A-Grade leader who thrives in
fast-paced environments and takes pride in keeping operations running at peak performance.

As our Workshop Supervisor, you will:

• Take charge of maintenance and performance of our plant fleet (25+ machines)
• Lead, motivate, and support a skilled team of operators and mechanics
• Ensure all plant and equipment are ready for action—safe, reliable, and efficient
• Bring proactive problem-solving and hands-on leadership to the workshop floor
• Work closely with management to keep projects rolling smoothly across NSW and
interstate

What We’re Looking For

✔ Proven workshop / mechanical supervisory experience (civil or earthworks background highly
regarded)
✔ Strong organisational and leadership skills—you know how to get the best out of a team
✔ A practical, hands-on approach with a sharp eye for detail
