November was a busy month for our US team as we wrapped our annual Advisory Council before heading to NACAS C3X in Las Vegas. We were proud to sponsor a session featuring CEO JOHN WILSON and Don McCarty, exploring the future of campus mail centers and the growing role of technology, automation and smarter workflows in improving service delivery.

The room hosted interesting discussion on how universities can rethink space, efficiency and student expectations as mail operations continue to evolve.
