Incredibly sad news…Richard and I were very close when I lived in Melbourne but of course as many friendships change when you move to another city we drifted apart…what this article fails to mention was just how incredible he was as an artist in his own write and I worked with him on his projects “The Red Textas” and “Registered Nurse” and we shared a house in Clifton Hill together which I have incredibly fond memories of especially as he was a record producer like me and we literally had two studios in the same house which could be very challenging but also hilarious at the same time! R.I.P. you beautiful legend that will never be forgotten 🙏🏻❤️🎶

Richard Andrew passed away a week after informing fans that he’d been diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic lung cancer.
