The Team has been busy here at CG Engineering!

Fabing up this beautiful trailer that has it all, with 4.5 ton running gear, sitting 4.8m long and 2.3m wide making it ideal for all your tools, welders, and a whole lot of space for all of your gear. The integrated stairs make for easy entry, the custom bottle racks with tie down rails make for safe and easy transportation of your gas and the under tray tool box that's ideal for storing batteries. This 6mm A frame with strapping makes this trailer a solid as the come, its built to last, and its built right here in Theodore QLD. 🔧

Did you know we stock a large range of bolts here at CG Engineering? 🔩

We stock a full range of UNC and UNF nuts/bolts from 1/4” all the way up to 1”, our lengths start at 3/4” to 5” long.

Our range of standard metric sizing starts at 6mm up to 24mm, starting from lengths at 20mm to 100mm.

All sizes are available in a standard hex nut, nyloc and coneloc nut.🔩
Flat washers + spring washers are also available in sizes to suite all.

It doesn’t stop there! 🎉 we also stock high tensile threaded in metric and UNC sizing. ⛓️🔩

We’re looking for a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our growing workshop. Lots of variety, good gear, and solid hours.
Start date: Asap
What you’ll be doing:
• MIG/TIG welding – steel, stainless & aluminium
• Cutting, folding, drilling & general fabrication
• Workshop machinery & hand tools
• Machining experience (lathe/mill) is a big bonus
• General mechanical/maintenance skills also highly valued

What we’re chasing:
• Trade-qualified Fabricator/Boilermaker OR solid experience
• Reliable and able to work unsupervised
• Good attention to detail
• Driver’s licence (forklift ticket is a bonus)
What we offer:
• Good pay (based on experience)
