We're proud to announce that Mary Street, Richmond has been selected as a finalist in two categories at the 2026 HIA Victorian Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards, partnered by e&s.

New Kitchen Over $100,000

The project involved the full conversion of a commercial Level 2 floor plate into a high-specification private residence - a new lift shaft constructed through an existing building, 320 square metres of interior delivered to an uncompromising material standard, and a kitchen centred on a monolithic limestone island and veneer joinery wall.
