Responsibilities:
Read and interpret plans accurately.
Complete framing, cladding, and detailed fit-off work.
Maintain high workmanship standards — every job, every time.
Supervise and mentor apprentices.
Communicate effectively with clients and trades.
Keep the site organised, clean, and safe.
Work closely with the builder to meet timelines and quality expectations.
Skills & Experience Required:
• Trade qualified carpenter (minimum 3+ years preferred).

• Leadership mindset and experience managing apprentices.
