Another quality build taking shape in beautiful Fingal Bay, NSW.

CIA Precast has been busy manufacturing and installing custom precast concrete panels for this residential project, delivering strength, precision, and a clean architectural finish.

A big shoutout to Babic Construction as the main contractor for coordinating a smooth build, and to Allied Crane Hire for their expert lifting and safe, efficient crane operations on site.

Great teamwork all around — proud to see another project coming together with quality precast solutions and can't wait to see how this one progresses!

Another successful project underway at Aruma Place, Cardiff, working closely with our client R & R Terraces.

Light weight trusses fabricated by CIA steel and installed by CIA Install. Next is the installation of the quality precast panels made by CIA Precast.

CIA recently supplied 4100sqm of concrete panels to Pittman Building Service for their bulky goods/retail development at Rutherford.

These concrete panels were manufactured and delivered over a 7 week period to keep the project on track for the client and meet a tight deadline.

Back out at Mount View Estate Winery last week with Monado Constructions and the roofing on the main structure is underway. Materials were sourced from various suppliers to achieve a practical yet architectural finish for this fully insulated building. Thanks to Skrewitroofing pty ltd for your work on this one, can't wait to see the next stages complete.
