Tomingley Gold Mine is 50km southwest of Dubbo in Central West NSW. We are focused on sustainable gold production with varied jobs and opportunities.

We began open cut mining and our first gold pour in 2014, then commenced underground mining in 2019.

We’re proud to highlight Shantelle’s growth journey across the plant. Starting out as one of our technicians in the lab, she has continued to expand her skills and experience, progressing into Metallurgical Technician and Gold Room Operator roles.

Today, Shantelle plays a key role across the entire operation moving throughout the plant, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and making adjustments to keep everything running safely and efficiently. Her versatility, knowledge, and hands-on approach make her an invaluable part of the team.

This morning tea means more than just a cuppa. ☕💛

This month, we’re proud to take part in the Cancer Council’s Biggest Morning Tea pausing together not just to connect, but to stand with the millions of Australians and their families who have been touched by cancer.

Because behind every hardhat and hi-vis on this site is a person. Someone with a mum, a mate, a partner, a child who may have faced this disease or is facing it right now. Cancer doesn’t stop for anyone, and neither does the community that fights it.

Our team have been able to raise $1,565 we thank everyone for their support and generosity this helps fund research, support services, and ultimately hope. 💛
