What began over 30 years ago between our founding directors has now become a multi-generational partnership. In January 2026, Tim Edwards worked with Stephen, Liz and Michael Ferguson to finance their latest addition, a new D9 Dozer, continuing the long-standing relationship between our two businesses.

It's partnerships like this that remind us why we do what we do. Supporting businesses not just for one deal, but across generations. Congratulations on the new machine – We love seeing Vernice continue to thrive and we look forward to supporting the next chapter of your journey!
