✅Project Completion: St Vincent’s Private Hospital Toowoomba – Suite Upgrades, Toowoomba City

Take a peek at how we’re redefining healthcare spaces!

We are so proud to reveal our latest project at St Vincent's Private Hospital Toowoomba Transforming these spaces was about more than just construction—it was about creating a warm, serene environment for patients and practitioners alike.

The defining touch was the involvement of our in-house interior designer. By replacing institutional aesthetics with bespoke, intentional finishes, we ensured each suite offers a unique sense of calm and individuality.

This tailored approach was brought to life across six specialised environments: Breast Health Toowoomba, the Orthopaedic Suite, the Cardiology Clinic, and dedicated spaces for Oncology, General, and Colorectal Surgery.

Of course, a transformation of this scale is a true team effort. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to our dedicated subcontractors and consultants, whose technical expertise and commitment to quality were instrumental in executing this vision to the highest standard.

We are incredibly grateful for the continued trust of the SVPHT team and are proud to see these suites become a welcoming new home for world-class patient care✨

✅Project Completion: Everen Early Learning, Wilsonton

We’ve officially crossed the finish line at our newest childcare project on Taylor Street! What started as a blank slate is now a state-of-the-art facility for the next generation of little legends✨

What’s inside:
🌈 9 custom rooms for nurseries through to Kindy.
🍉 A Master Chef worthy kitchen and prep areas.
🌞 2 huge outdoor playgrounds.
🚗 Ample parking to ensure smooth drops-offs & pick-ups!

Huge credit to our project team and subbies for keeping this build on track despite design changes and tight turnarounds! It was a massive team effort to deliver this facility—a space we know will help local kids grow, play, and thrive for years to come.

✅ Project Completion: 35 Endeavour Way, Plainland

This space is now primed and ready for a custom fit-out!

Our team recently handed over this dual 350sqm commercial development, built for durability and long-term flexibility. Featuring concrete tilt panels and integrated mezzanines, these spaces are as tough as they are adaptable. 🏗️

The real win happened before the team even broke ground. Through a strategic pre-build review, our team identified a more efficient stormwater solution—delivering significant cost savings for our client without compromising on performance or compliance.

Meet Alex Johnson👷‍♂️

With over 15 years in the game and a Bachelor of Urban Development under his belt, Alex knows exactly what it takes to get a major project off the ground. He’s a dedicated PM with the accolades to prove it, but his real secret weapon is the pre-build.

Alex is a big believer that a smooth delivery starts with detailed planning and early engagement. No matter the scale of the build, he’s all over the details to ensure a win for our clients and stakeholders.

If he isn't in the office or on-site, he’s likely at home with his lovely wife Hannah and their four kids. Between 'dad mode' and playing golf, safe to say he stays just as busy off the job as he is on!
