About the Role:
Assist senior carpenters in residential, commercial, and civil construction projects
Learn to read blueprints and technical drawings
Develop skills in framing, roofing, installing fixtures, and finishing works
Ensure safety compliance on-site

Requirements:
Enthusiasm to learn and grow in the carpentry trade
Good teamwork and communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Valid driver's license
No previous experience necessary
