Located along Bundaberg’s stunning coastline, construction is rolling ahead for the master planned Coral Cove community!
From the outset, our team undertook a change application to the DA, providing value for the client by increasing the previously approved development yield from 73 to 80 lots.
As we approach construction completion, our construction management team have been onsite inspecting works and providing contract administration services.
RMA has a dedicated Construction Management team who manage and monitor onsite works, from pre-start meetings through to off maintenance meetings with Council.
Our engineers and technical officers work with clients from pre-tender and contractor selection through to project close-out, reviewing all claims and quality data provided by contractors.
