Our Story
A&R Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning (A&R) was founded by Toowoomba local Wayne Morley. Previously working in large scale retail food management Wayne built a strong reputation in the industry as a person who exceeded expectations. He developed a passion for refrigeration and with a belief in his abilities he volunteered at a local refrigeration company to prove his value to employers and break into an industry with limited opportunities.
Securing an apprenticeship in 2007 Wayne rapidly built his skills and reputation as a quality refrigeration and air conditioning specialist. In 2011 he launched A&R together with his wife Donna and they built the business on the cornerstone of ‘quality workmanship’ and consistently delivering fair pricing and prompt service for residential and commercial customers. Since 2011, A&R has grown to a team of 7 full time staff all locally employed in the Toowoomba area.
