Goodbye 2021!
We've had a wonderful year working with all of our wonderful clients in realising their Dream Homes.
We'll be CLOSING for Christmas from 23 December, and will be back in the office and Display Home from 17 January.

This space in the home is perfect for the entertainer! The beautiful and spacious Kitchen leads through to an open-style Pantry and onto a full service Laundry with external access (which doubles as easy access to your wheelie bins from the kitchen!). Plenty of room for all of the family when it comes to day-to- day living, or multiple preparation stations for those who love to host!

A stunning feature of this home is that the ceiling steps up at the back where you're 'living' and creates a much grander sense of light and space.

In today's society people are wanting these huge homes, but our community sense gets us out and about in public parks and spaces, and as such a place to entertain, some storage, and perhaps a small area for a trampoline or swing set has become more important than a big back yard.

We have featured a big bank of seating, but this is normally the space where everyone is facing and a television would be on the wall - because we know that's what people would do, we've featured a green wall instead to show you the versatility of the space, and that you don't need to set your home up how you think it's 'supposed' to look - you can make it your own.

The thing that’s fabulous about this room is that these big bi-fold doors open up and you can walk into the big backdoor area, which incorporates a big entertaining area at the Easterly aspect of this home. The orientation of your home on the block is so important because its about getting sun in and where you're going to spend most of your time, and this design allows just that.

The Main Bathroom in this design is a huge family area. There's space in the bathroom for washing baskets, where more than one family member at a time is often bathing/showering, kids coming in an out... you've got breathing room for your family in this beautiful home.

The study in this design has an external door makes it easy to work from home and have clients come up the side of the house for the WFH world we now live in, or that added freedom for your growing teenager.

An internal door can easily be added to close the room off for more privacy and to isolate the area from the rest of the house, while still allowing in a lot of natural light.

We've given thought to how a real family will operate - where is Mum and Dad's bedroom in the home? Lots of families don’t want to be isolated from their small children so there are two bedrooms quite close to the Master Suite in this design, with the fourth tucked around the corner and great for a teenager's retreat or some privacy for your guests.

The Media Room also backs onto bedroom four - this can be changed to be one huge Media Room instead with its own natural light if a fourth bedroom isn't needed. Make your space your own!

Our Media Room really speaks for itself! Adding glass brings extra light into the house - in terms of a traditional retreat or media room where you're not searching for extra lighting, this is why its placed in the centre of the home. If you're watching tv at night you don't need natural light, so its making really good use of what is customarily a dark space in the home.

The glass and steel has been designed for us specifically, and is a signature Richard Adams Homes move as we've always used a mixture of glass and steel in our homes, right from our very first Display Home!

The stunning Master Suite in our Display Home is light-filled, warm and inviting. The corner window is a beautiful feature, and the louvres allow you to securely bring in fresh air through those warmer nights without worrying about a window being open. And how about that barn door into the Ensuite? 😍

Our Display Home's eye-catching façade has a contemporary feel and we're using modern products in place of some of the standard brick façade. One of the biggest features of this home is the large steel structure protruding into the gable. It's got that lovely new profile in the steel cladding which is modern and a standout feature to the home. Couple this steel feature façade with some beautiful landscaping, and you've got frontage that creates that Dream Home feel right from the start.

Richard Adams Homes was founded by Richard and Mandy Adams in Toowoomba in 1986 and has since expanded into Warwick, Stanthorpe and other area's of the Darling Downs. Richard himself still maintains a 'hands-on" approach as much as humanly possible in all levels of the company.
