Join Our Team as an Administrative Assistant!

Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual with a knack for multitasking? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy supporting a team with various administrative tasks? If so, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to our drafts team such as managing schedules and arranging meetings.
Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other communications.
Maintain organized and accurate records, files, and documentation.
Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and maintaining a clean workspace.
Prepare reports and other documents as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment.
Previous experience with the accounting software known as Xero.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.

Yesterday we bid farewell to a valued member of our team. Julia has decided to embark on a new journey following her passion of architecture and while we are sad to see her go, we’re incredibly grateful for the time she has dedicated to our company.

Her hard work, dedication and positive attitude have left a lasting impact on all of us. We’ll miss her unique contributions and smile she brought to the office everyday.
