We are pleased to announce that we have now completed the most comprehensive medical facility in the Surf Coast and Geelong region, the new Torquay Medical Hub. Our client, their team, and new tenants are excited to be operational and extremely pleased with the end result. We are so happy we could be a part of fulfilling their expectations in producing this incredible much-needed facility for the community and surrounding areas. We would like to thank all the amazing contractors who were a part of this journey we couldn’t have done it without you all.

What a day it has been. Cleaners have been through and carried out the final clean, the handrails and balustrades are being completed all ready for our Occupancy permit to be issued on Friday. Looking forward to celebrating the handover and seeing this complex come to life. This facility will provide much needed services to Torquay and the greater surfcoast area. Such an honour to have been a part of this project.

We are starting to wrap things up at the Medical Centre, with a few bits and pieces to go. Todays jobs Outdoor signage installed ✅ Floor protection removed✅

Things have been progressing on site and so close to handover, with only a few things to complete. Furnishings and equipment are being installed in the consulting rooms ready for the grand opening.
