Happy 2-year anniversary to our 9-day fortnight! 🎉

This week marks two years since we introduced our 9-day fortnight roster — an important milestone in our commitment to creating a better work-life balance for our team while continuing to deliver great outcomes for our customers and communities.
Looking back, the initiative has been a real success across the business. Over the past two years, we've seen the benefits firsthand: improved flexibility, enhanced employee wellbeing, and continued productivity and performance across our team.

After issuing our last drawing package at the end of October, MDDM are pleased to see the completion of detailing works on Life Church's new Auditorium project. This represents months of dedication from the team.

This structure included:
✅ Over 800 individual welded assemblies
✅ Approximately 160 tons of structural steel
✅ Over 900 man-hours of modelling, detailing, checking and management

A massive thankyou to H&J Steel and MBD Constructions for allowing us to work alongside, and work on such an innovative project. Your collaboration made this possible.
