Experienced Administrator
This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator/secretary to join our small but dedicated team. As an experienced administrator, your role involves;
• management emails;
• preparing general correspondence;
• answering/making telephone calls;
• general file and archive management;
• general office administration and reception;
• hard copy as well as electronic filing, printing, scanning;
• supporting the team in the preparation of documents and contracts.
The successful candidate must have:
• Experience with Xero;
• Accounts payable/receivable, payroll & invoicing;
• Microsoft word & excel skills;
• excellent attention to detail including accurate data entry;
• excellent communication skills, both written and interpersonal;
• a commitment to streamline processes and improve efficiencies within the team;
• initiative and the ability to think ahead and be proactive in the support of the team and communication with clients;
• problem solver, quick thinker;
• strong time management and organisational skills;
• ability to work autonomously and in a team environment;
• punctual and well presented.
