Customer was after a rear access so they didn’t have to walk right around from the front of the property

Galvanised steel post finished off in black to match with existing colour scheme of fence ☑️
Latch on the inside of the gate as per customers request ☑️
Outwards opening gate as it’s right next to a pool area. This keeps it within specs and legal for safety ☑️

Motor replacement

New solar sliding gate motor installed after the last was really outdated and had stopped working totally

New motor, batteries and battery box with solar charger inside to keep it looking tidy ✅

With limits each end (magnets) to slow it down and stop it before it touches anything and potentially causes damage ✅

Horse float floor repairs
New 17mm form ply sealed on all faces and re screwed✅ Rubber cleaned and re applied with the correct glue ✅
Front section was still in really good condition so it didn’t need to be replaced

Toy hauler modifications 🚛

Simple deck space extension to accommodate a buggy.

All braced and plated correctly for the add-on ✅
Welded correctly ✅
Reuse of the headboard for the buggy to rest on ✅
The deck space is now 3.2 meters long and tows superbly ✅
All done and now ready to go off for blast, paint and seam seal ✅

For those that might be wondering why it hasn’t been welded to the drawbar at the front. Here’s why. Welding across a drawbar on a trailer is a massive no-no, as it adds a heat-affected zone and creates a stress point in the chassis that will crack. Instead, where necessary, it is better to weld parallel to the chassis to still allow for movement where applicable and to also add bracing
