🏡 Hamlyn Terrace Backyard Renovation Update 🏡
Hey everyone, I have some exciting news about the Hamlyn Terrace backyard renovation project I've been working on! 🎉 While the transformation has been nothing short of amazing, I wanted to share our final update with you all.
The backyard has undergone a fantastic makeover with small pebbles, providing a charming and practical surface for walking. 🏞️🚶♂️ The customer absolutely loves the current look and functionality!
However, there's a bit of a twist! Since I've moved to a different state, the final step of the project, which initially involved laying down pavers, couldn't be completed by me.
But don't worry, the customer is keeping their options open and considering different possibilities, like adding a beautiful decking area. 🪜🪵 This could create a cozy space for outdoor relaxation and gatherings!
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the customer for their trust in my work. It's been a pleasure being a part of this renovation journey, and I'm thrilled to see how the backyard evolves with their chosen finishing touch.
In this backyard transformation, we successfully achieved the following project goals:
✅ Flattened the surface to create a seamless and inviting space.
✅ Removed excessive soil to ensure a stable foundation.
✅ Renovated the drainage system for a worry-free environment.
✅ Concreted the retaining wall foundation, providing essential support.
✅ Covered pipes with gravel for optimal functionality.
✅ Built a sturdy retaining wall, adding beauty and structure.
✅ Added gravel surface, combining charm and practicality.
✅ Restored the lawn, bringing back the lush greenery.
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the customer for entrusting me with this project. Achieving these goals was a team effort, and I'm so grateful to have been a part of it.
