The Wounded Heroes Veteran Centre Townsville 24-Hour Challenge is coming to Townsville for the very first time from 19-20 September, and it's already shaping up to be one of the most special events our community has ever rallied behind.

For 24 hours straight, teams will climb Castle Hill to raise vital funds for Defence members, veterans, and families doing it tough across FNQ — turning every step, every climb, and every moment into real support for those who've served.

Wounded Heroes Townsville isn't just a centre — it's a community hub, an op shop, a Café, and a self-sustaining charity making sure every donated dollar goes directly to supporting a veteran.

If you're keen, register solo or grab your mates, your workplace, your gym crew, or your unit and take on the hill together.
