We are thrilled to share this wonderful testimonial from our satisfied client Dr Prakash Pattnaik, at the brand new Heatley Medical Centre in Townsville! ☀️

The project scope was to convert the old existing commercial premisses into a new state of the art medical centre for the surrounding locals.

This allowed JGC to work along side the client to help with the MCU and DA.
JGC were awarded this project and were engaged from the Build Stage right through to handover.

Introducing La Mére | by JGC Group

Coming to light JGC Group have been successful in being awarded Casa La Mére, which is Italian for Home by the Sea - A Pure Elegant & Serene Home Designed by CA Architects.

This incredible home by the water will be built in Townsville's Prestigious Sir Leslie Theiss Drive. It truly is in a league of its own.

When you look at the external of the home, it displays a strong solid presence and with carefully selected durable external finishes it emanates elegance, so elegant that the Southwest corner almost looks like it's floating over the pool.

The internals have an abundance of stone and timber finishes which are long lasting and timeless, its open plan captures endless natural light, and the practical layout means it still serves its purpose as a family home for our clients.

One thing water front homes generally lack in is being able capture views at night as there are usually no lights over the water, but this home has a lift which takes you not only to each level but also to a roof top terrace where you can entertain late afternoons and long into the night and watch the stars and city lights in any direction.
